Why are the Oxbridge Ball tickets are so expensive!

The Oxbridge Ball runs from 6pm till 3am the next day, with entertainments and performances lined up for every hour and free-flow drinks throughout the evening! More surprises await!

This is also a non-profit event. Any surplus of the Ball income will go to our independent scholarship fund for Oxford and Cambridge students

Dreamers’ Garden: Champagne wall, outdoor cinema, massage oasis, shisha, DJ lounge music, Cocktail station, Ice luge for liquor shots

VIP Tickets:

Full table (12 persons): HKD38,400

Half table (6 persons): HKD19,200
- VIP tickets are only sold by table and cannot be purchased individually

Full table (12 persons): HKD31,200

Individual ticket for Members (HKD2,600 per person + HKD50 online payment surcharge*)

How do I purchase a VIP or Standard Table?

Step 1: Please complete the table registration form here

Step 2: Once we verify your identity, you will receive payment instructions from our ball email (Oxbridgeballhk@gmail.com).
You will then need to:

Complete your payment for the relevant tickets via bank transfer within three (3) working days upon receipt of our payment instruction

Provide proof of transfer.

Step 3: After payment verification, you will receive a confirmation email. The ball committee will reach out for your guests’ details in due course.

Why should I buy a VIP ticket?

VIP ticket has (i) fast-track access to the cloakroom at entrance and (ii) priority queue for registration to avoid crowd (iii) early access to Cinderella Ball room and Dream’s Garden

VIP has priority access to the Dreamers' Garden before the dinner begins

Special table seating with named tables and premium viewing angles

Premium selection of champagne, red and white wine, and dessert wine pairing with your dinner menu

Can I purchase VIP tickets individually?

Sorry, VIP tickets are sold by table and cannot be purchased individually
Is there an early bird sale?

Our VIP table sale is the Phase 1 early bird sale for our members only

We have now entered into our Phase 2 full-launch ticket sales which is extended to members and non-members

Who will be the Guest of Honour of the ball?

We are delighted to have invited Mr Brian Davidson CMG (His Majesty’s Consul General to Hong Kong and Non-Resident Consul General to Macao) to be our Guest of Honour of the evening
Where will the auction proceeds go?

Auction proceeds will go to our independent scholarship fund for Oxford and Cambridge students and a registered charity in Hong Kong (with further details to be announced)
How much money will the Society make?

This is a non-profit event. Any surplus of the Ball income will go to our independent scholarship fund for Oxford and Cambridge students
How do I provide my guest list if I have purchased a table?

We will be reaching out to the contact persons of each table reservation holder for your detailed guest lists
Is there a vegetarian option on the menu? Will allergies be catered for?

Yes, vegetarian option is available. We will reach out to you for menu preferences closer to the Ball date
I have a last minute change and can no longer come. Can I get a refund?
-
No refund, but we encourage you to find others to take your ticket(s) and please provide us with details of the transferee of your ticket(s).
The Ball has sold out, can I still get tickets?

We operate on a no-refund basis. Once all tickets are sold, we do not have any more tickets to offer
